Terms of Service

Welcome to BizCounsel. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website at BizCounsel.pro and the legal services, digital resources, and goods we offer. By engaging with our site, you agree to these terms in force in the year 2025.

1. Services for Entrepreneurs and Founders

BizCounsel provides advisory services, consulting sessions, document drafting, and representation to entrepreneurs and founders. Engagements are formalized through an engagement letter outlining scope, schedule, and fees.

2. Digital Resources

We offer digital publications, templates, and recorded seminars (collectively “Digital Resources”). Access is granted upon successful completion of purchase.

3. Physical Goods

BizCounsel.pro may offer branded materials and office supplies (collectively “Goods”). Purchase of Goods is subject to availability.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable in advance as specified in the engagement letter or purchase confirmation. For Digital Resources and Goods, payment is required before download or shipment.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Legal Services

If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 3 business days before the scheduled date. You may transfer the session to another date at no additional charge. Cancellations made 7 business days in advance are eligible for fee reimbursement, less a processing fee of 10% of the session fee. Cancellations made fewer than 7 business days before the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory work already undertaken.

5.2 Digital Resources

Requests for fee reimbursement of Digital Resources are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that no downloads or access have occurred. To request reimbursement, please contact us via contact us. After 14 days or if access has been initiated, no fee reimbursement will be granted.

5.3 Goods

Goods may be sent back for reimbursement of the purchase fee within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition. The customer is responsible for shipment back to BizCounsel. Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the purchase fee, less original shipment charges.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a services engagement in writing. Upon termination, unused prepaid fees for future work will be reimbursed in accordance with section 5.1.

7. Limitation of Liability

BizCounsel’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service or product.
